Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) generates revenue through a focused outbound sales effort. The ISR will utilize customer, product, and industry specific knowledge to engage and grow the customer base while collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Managers. The primary focus is to grow revenue, target new business, cultivate relationships, assist with application questions, and cross-sell products.
Responsibilities:
• Drive sales through outbound phone call and email efforts
• Increase sales volume and exceed year over year growth targets in his or her designated territory
• Generate new business while maintaining and building long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with the Regional Sales Managers to create and manage action plans for key accounts
• Utilize internal CRM & ERP systems to record pertinent information on customers and open opportunities
• Respond to technical customer inquiries and requests for price quotes
• Ensure that the Duraco service proposition is being executed daily

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience
• Prior experience with CRM or ERP software a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field a plus
