Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Meet - and then exceed - revenue budgets for the Duraco Direct business.
  • Effectively lead and develop a team of inside sales professionals to meet budgets and effectively diversify and balance the business through cross-selling, churn reduction, and key account support.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through efficient communication and implementing best practices that enhance the buying experience.
  • Work with Commercial Leadership to develop clear engagement plans and customer support responsibilities to support year-over-year business growth across all markets and territories.
  • Be a key member of the Duraco Direct Commercial Leadership team, developing and executing pipeline, forecasting, KPI’s, and QBR activities and targets.
  • Coordinate with Commercial leadership and outside sales to help develop and support an ongoing, credible overall pipeline with medium to high probability of success worth at least $XXMM+.
  • Collaborate across Duraco Specialty Materials sites and functions to deliver efficient opportunity assessment, appropriate product recommendations, and efficient revenue conversion.
  • Understand and leverage ERP and CRM platforms to support performance and analyze and deliver against growth strategies.
  • As required, provide specific strategic account ownership and/or backup support.
  • Leverage appropriate functions and tools to support pricing decisions and optimize profitability. This includes, but is not limited to, working with purchasing, technical, operations and sales to evaluate appropriate market based pricing and relative margin management for both strategic and transactional account proposals.
  • Provide timely and complete reporting including but not limited to monthly report, KPI tracking.
  • Proactively identify and implement best practices that accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with other Duraco Specialty Materials businesses to support cross-selling and other growth initiatives.
  • Work with Marketing as requested to support marketing campaign efforts.
  • Understand and comply with all Corporate and Business Unit Policies.
  • Work in a safe and compliant manner.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience in B2B, prefer background of specialty tapes, liners, paper roll goods, or other coated products.
  • Inside Sales / Customer Service experience and/or experience in supporting and closing new business deals valued at greater than $100K USD.
  • Multi-year experience leading a team of 5+ people with demonstrated ability to hold people accountable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with intermediate experience in Excel
  • Experience working in CRM
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with selective distribution, e commerce, or general retail is a plus.
